This is the # they tell you to call back. The # they call from is unavailable. They want you to pay money for a loan you never had. They refuse to mail or fax you any info and insist on your debit card # or you will go to jail. They call my work and home numerous times a day telling me I am going to jail and I have to go to court but refuse to send me a summons. When you google the # many blogs come up from people going through the same thing. Some people have actually paid them money. They sound like they are from India and speak poor english with names like Steve Martin, John Jackson, etc... Please dont fall for this. I am thinking about going to the local news and making a big deal since no one else will!!

Not sure who or what they want. They keep insisting I am "Josh,Joshua or J Goodwin" or "E, Eva or Evette Santana". I have tried to be nice and inform them that they have the wrong number, I have even told them that I was recording our conversation (which believe me, they do not like to hear) still did not work. So what I've done is placed "call interception" on my phone line (find details on Verisons website) which a service through Verizon. It's worked thus far. These types of mean spirited phone calls from evil agencies must stop. I have a credit score over 800, I do not deserve this type of treatment nor does anyone going through difficult times during our national crisis. Let's stick together, help each other and stop them. Repeated phone calls with no message and no response when answered.

male calls businesses wanting them to stop mailing him "unsolicited mail" but won't provide name or address. gets very rude and profane, yelling and playing loud music. man needs to be stopped.

they keep calling and when I answer they wait till i say hello about 3 or 4 times then hangs up on me.

Someone from this number and left a message that he had been trying to get hold of me and said that he had a court summons that he will deliver to my home if I don't reply by calling the above number. He stated that I had written a fraudlent check! I am like Cheryl above I don't even know who this person is and nor do I know what company says that I have written a dishonored check!!! He gave me a number to refer too. He told me good luck. Didn't identify what company he was representing or any client information. Is this a scam. I am contacting my attorney to see what he can find out. I am tired of these calls. Scares ya half to death.

They don't only call if you're late. My account is current...still get calls.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MS TURNER, SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFFESSIONAL FROM THIS COMPANY CTI. IN CONTRAST TO THE LIST OF COMPLAINTS FROM THE OTHER PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM, SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HELPED ME PAY MY DEBT OFF FOR MY SEARS CARD. MAYBE U GUYS JUST GOT A BUNCH OF LOSERS CALLING U AND I LUCKED UP AND RAN ACROSS A REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND ARTICULATE YOUNG LADY.

Please for all that read this, this number is false. They claimed to be the State of California Attorney office. As soon as I called the state attorneys office they never heard of the lawyer they were claiming handles there cases. Nor had they ever heard of any pending cases.
